Refund Policy


To be eligible for a return, your products received must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our return policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we will require a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

We will accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the product is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong product or low quality product).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care products

Please be informed that you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your products.

REFUND (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within several working days.

Our shipping costs are non-refundable. For any returned product, the customer has to pay for the return shipping fee himself/ herself and provide us a valid tracking link in order to claim a full refund.

LATE / MISSING REFUND (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 working days) before a refund is posted.

ORDER CANCELLATION (if applicable)

You can only cancel your order if your order has not been fulfilled.
Please be informed that a standard management, processing and transaction fee (30% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation.

We are unable to accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • It is beyond the 45 Days Money Back Guarantee Period.
  • The order was placed by mistake but was not canceled within 24 hours.
  • Seasonal products (e.g Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.) after the event date are included in the order.
  • The detailed size chart or option is included in the description. The size or option you chose does not fit you well.
  • The customer has changed his / her mind after purchasing.

EXCHANGE (if applicable)

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
