OFFICIAL ORDER CONFIRMATION

All customers should receive an official email confirming his / her order shortly after placing it.

If you do not receive any emails from us, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven't received the order confirmation email, you also won't receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

HOW TO TRACK ORDER DELIVERY STATUS

All orders will be shipped out with a valid tracking information that can be tracked via the following tracking companies:

(A) USPS Official Site (United State), or
(B) 17Track Official Tracking Site (Worldwide).

US / WORLDWIDE SHIPPING DURATION

Our shipping period is usually between Five (5) to Twenty One (21) Working days to the United States and Seven (7) to Twenty Five (25) Working days to Worldwide after we have dispatched your package from our facility.

Usually orders are being delivered earlier than our given time frame above.

However, some orders might be delayed when there are security check or customs delays and for this matter, we do not have full control as to when they will release the packages for delivery. But rest assured that our team will work hard to have it fulfilled, dispatched and sent to your destination the fastest way possible.

DELIVERY OF MULTIPLE ORDERS POLICY

Different products take different time to be shipped and delivered, due to a variety of factors such as weight, dimension, customs complication, etc.

Therefore to speed things up for our customers, we sometimes ship products in one order out separately. It is perfectly normal to receive certain products of an order partially first, and others later. You will receive the products separately with different tracking numbers.
